Very disappointing. Not the usual great Kipling bag?. Bottom is such that even with items in it , the bag wants to fall over. The material in the center to separate compartments is a hindrance not a help. I was going to return it, found out I had to pay shipping, then found out shipping to th UK store is completely unreasonable in cost. Stuck with the bag. Lesson learned about the UK store.Liked the bag - a little bit smaller than I anticipated but I have a very similar larger one so I am happy . It arrived early too.Strange questions in the questionnaire this is a bag not shoes!
